The Treatment Foster Care Oregon Model (TFCO): Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) is a short-term treatment program that gives a child the opportunity to grow and learn positive behavior techniques in a home environment instead of a residential facility or group home.  The treatment team, which includes TFCO foster parents, work together to deliver consistent expectations, structure, and guidance as well as patience and kindness. TFCO is evidence-based with proven positive outcomes.   Together we can help children who need a little extra love and support.
